Horse neglect in Portugal. We just came across this mare with her very young foal. Standing in a field on a rope with no water or food to be seen. The place is full of old glass bottles and other garbage to which they can wound themselves.
She was so thirsty; she drank 40 liters in one go. From now on we will go feed and water her every day.
